While most were watching football on New Years day, we jumped on an airplane with two of our families to ski in Keystone, Colorado. It made me a bit nervous half of us were on the same plane, so needless to say, a lot of prayers for safety!
We typically go to Utah to ski, but the flights and accommodations were high, so we branched out for new adventures. The boys rented an awesome condo nestled into the Keystone mountainside, with stunning views and close to the lift. It snowed our first day which made it even more beautiful and a reminder of God’s love for us. What a beautiful world!
The mountains are always my happy place! Add family to that and I am giddy happy! Skiing with the Grands is such a deja vu experience because it seems like yesterday it was my four in and out through the trees. Now to see them enjoy this same experience with their little flock, warms my heart and makes me smile all the way down the mountain. Life is grand!
